We always kick off our summer season with our Annual Fishing Derby. Our friends from Idaho Fish and Game will be there with everything the kids need including poles, bait and instruction to catch ‘em, clean ‘em and cook ’em ! Free!

Description:

This private pond does not require any fishing license and is open to our Elkhorn Residents and Guests.  This pond is stocked annually with Rainbow Trout ranging in size from 9 to 18 inches.  Some trout have been recorded at over 24 inches weighing 2 to 3 pounds!  Fishing fun for the entire family. The pond officially opens for public fishing on July 10th.
