Grab your pole and some wiggly worms and join Idaho Fish and Game at the Village Pond for the Annual Fishing Derby.

Prizes awarded for those between 5 and 12 years old, but everyone can try their luck.

Description:

This private pond does not require any fishing license and is open to our Elkhorn Residents and Guests.  This pond is stocked annually with Rainbow Trout ranging in size from 9 to 18 inches.  Some trout have been recorded at over 24 inches weighing 2 to 3 pounds!  Fishing fun for the entire family. The pond officially opens for public fishing on July 10th.
