Grilling Class

We are excited to welcome back the two amazing local chefs from last summer. Brent and Jane will share their expertise and demonstrate all that you need to know to grill your perfect summer meal. This year all the menus reflect dishes that they consider their favorites. Your evening includes 2 glasses of wine, and a three course dinner – soup or salad, main entrée with accompanying side items and dessert. It all happens on the Harker Patio 6:00PM – 8:00PM.

Grilled Romaine Papaya Salad with Sweet Pecans, Shaved Grana and Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Grilled Mahi with Chile Cointreau Glaze and Saffron Pilaf.

Spicy Lime-Infused Grilled Pineapple Upside-Down Cake.
