Grilling Class

These classes are very popular.  Please limit signing up for two classes so others can enjoy this fun experience as well.

We are excited to once again welcome amazing local chefs to teach our grilling classes.  Abby Corea and Courtney Barnard will share their expertise and demonstrate all that you need to know to grill your perfect summer meal. This year all the menus reflect “Chef’s Choice”. Your evening includes 2 glasses of wine, and a three course dinner – soup or salad, main entrée with accompanying side items and dessert. It all happens on the Harker Patio 6:00PM – 8:00PM.

Tonight’s Menu:

Grilled peach and burrata – fire roasted peaches, smoked burrata, arugula, balsamic vinaigrette

Grilled salmon filet – smoked tomato chutney
Grilled asparagus – lemon zest, pepper, smoked salt
Grilled potato pockets – garlic, purple potatoes, yukon golds, fresh herb

Grilled apple berry crumble – vanilla ice cream
