We are excited to welcome back the two amazing local chefs from summers past. Brent and Jane will share their expertise and demonstrate all that you need to know to grill your perfect summer meal. This year all the menus reflect dishes that they consider their favorites. Your evening includes 2 glasses of wine, and a three course dinner – soup or salad, main entrée with accompanying side items and dessert. It all happens on the Harker Patio 6:00PM – 8:00PM.

Tonight’s Menu:

Lentil salad with grilled leeks, arugula, fresh herbs and a lemon vinaigrette

Yogurt marinated chicken kabobs with a feta-yogurt sauce, Israel couscous with summer grilled vegetables and grilled naan

Citrus pound cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
