We are excited to welcome back the two amazing local chefs from summers past. Brent and Jane will share their expertise and demonstrate all that you need to know to grill your perfect summer meal. This year all the menus reflect dishes that they consider their favorites. Your evening includes 2 glasses of wine, and a three course dinner – soup or salad, main entrée with accompanying side items and dessert. It all happens on the Harker Patio 6:00PM – 8:00PM.

Tonight’s Menu:

Mexican grilled slaw salad with a cilantro-lime dressing.

Homemade grilled corn tortillas with grilled flatiron sliced thin, with a chunky avocado salsa, spicy salsa and sour cream on the side, Spanish rice and refried beans.
