We are excited to welcome back the two amazing local chefs from last summer. Brent and Jane will share their expertise and demonstrate all that you need to know to grill your perfect summer meal. This year all the menus reflect dishes that they consider their favorites. Your evening includes 2 glasses of wine, and a three course dinner – soup or salad, main entrée with accompanying side items and dessert. It all happens on the Harker Patio 6:00PM – 8:00PM.

Tonight’s Menu:

Grilled Avocado, Watermelon and Smoked Gouda Salad with Orange Cilantro Vinaigrette.

Grilled Stuffed Sirloin with Arugula, Caramelized Balsamic Onions and Gorgonzola.

Grilled Mangoes with Rum Sauce and Bavarian Cream.
